At Lifecation, LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our print-on-demand t-shirt products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • We accept returns for print-on-demand t-shirt products that have manufacturing defects, printing errors, or if you received the wrong item.

    • Returns for sizing issues or personal preferences (such as color or design) are generally not eligible unless there is a significant discrepancy from what was ordered.

  2. Initiation of Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide details about the issue you encountered, including the order number, item description, and clear supporting evidence such as photographs of the defect or error.

  3. Approval and Return Authorization:

    • Our customer support team will assess your request and determine if it meets the eligibility criteria.

    • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  4. Return Process:

    • Package the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation that accompanied it.

    • Clearly write the RA number on the package.

    • Ship the item back to the designated return address provided by our customer support team.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  5. Condition of Returned Items:

    • Returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and free from any signs of use or damage (unless due to manufacturing defects).

    • If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee.

  6. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange as agreed upon.

    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

    • If an exchange is requested and available, we will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you promptly.

  7. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized t-shirts, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, generally cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Final sale items, promotional or discounted items, and items marked as non-returnable are also not eligible for return.

 

Please note that our return policy may be subject to change and may vary based on specific circumstances. We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments or exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
